MADE. Forum of Diriyah Biennale Foundation Kicks Off in Jeddah

The first edition of the "MADE." design forum, organized by the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, opened today in Jeddah in the Western Hajj Terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport.

The four-day forum celebrates design-led creativity through a curated marketplace and dynamic programming. Bringing together independent designers and artists from across the Arab world and beyond, it offers a platform to discover, acquire, and discuss unique objects and the ideas behind them.

"MADE." invites exploration through lectures, workshops, and dialogue sessions, delving into the intricacies of design in relation to values, and ethical practices. It prompts inquiries into the nature of innovation, the influence of crafts on identity, and the designer’s role as a cultural actor in a transformative era.

The exhibition reflects the vision of the Diriyah Biennale Foundation, which champions creative expression in all its forms. It aims to reinforce the Kingdom’s position as a cultural hub—one that thrives on dialogue, welcomes creative individuals, and shares beauty with the world through an authentic Saudi voice and a universal spirit.
